This month, we’re celebrating Rural Results! From Virginia up to Montana and down to Texas and Louisiana, we love to see Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) dollars hitting the ground in rural communities across each of our regions and across the U.S.
Money is moving, and it’s leading to groundbreaking projects (literally and figuratively) that are creating good, clean jobs, supporting local community development, and sustaining a better quality of life for the long term.
We know how much effort goes into a successful federal grant application, so we also want to celebrate the people doing the hard work of bringing these programs home, as well as the elected leaders at every level of government who have enabled this abundance of opportunity and the public servants who are putting in long hours to get these grants out the door.
At this year’s Roadshow in Macon, Georgia, we’ll be welcoming rural leaders who are building these projects, as well as the local green banks and other funders who are providing financing and matching support. We hope you’ll join us for the fellowship and practical inspiration, paired with new connections with the people who can help build the same kinds of impactful projects in your hometown, too.
Listen out for the full program to be announced next month!
In joyful service,
Michelle Moore
